Who runs this site
Musik Robot (musikrobot.io) is operated by the Musik Robot team. For any question about this policy or your data, contact erick@musikrobot.io.
What we collect
When you accept analytics on the consent banner, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how people use the site. That includes: pages you view, general device and browser information, an approximate location derived from your IP address (not your exact address), how you arrived at the site, and — specific to this site — which city pages you open and any text you type into the on-page search bar, so we can tell which cities and scenes people are actually looking for. We do not run ads, and we do not use this data for ad targeting or personalization.
Cookies
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies (typically named _ga and _ga_*) in your browser to distinguish visitors and sessions. Your accept/decline choice itself is stored locally in your browser (not as a cookie) and is never sent to us or to Google. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no measurement data is sent.
Your choice
Analytics only run with your consent. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the site footer, which reopens the consent banner.
Data sharing
The only third party that receives analytics data is Google, as the operator of Google Analytics, subject to Google’s own privacy policy. We don’t sell or share visitor data with anyone else.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export data associated with you, or to object to its processing. Since we don’t collect accounts or personal profiles, most of what we hold is the analytics data described above. Email erick@musikrobot.io with any request and we’ll respond.
Children’s privacy
Musik Robot is not directed at children and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or why changes meaningfully, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
